The African Marigold pattern was designed by William Morris in 1876. The wallpaper's intricate, ordered structure of marigolds, willow leaves and large lilies creates a decorative pattern with graphic effect seen from a distance. On a black background, the vegetation takes on shades of brown, gray and pleasant grey-green. A vibrant pattern with a color scheme that gives it a quiet appearance.
