Question: What forms of payment does Premier Wallcovering accept?
Answer: Premier Wallcovering accepts most major credit and debit cards.
Question: Is my payment secure?
Answer: Premier Wallcovering uses AWS SSL encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data and provide maximum security over the internet for you.
Question: Do you ship to the USA and Canada?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Do you ship outside of the USA and Canada?
Answer: Yes.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: You have 30 days to return your order back to us but we require you to inform us that you wish to return your order within 3 days of the delivery of your order.
Question: If my order is custom printed for me and after receiving it I change my mind, can I return it?
Answer: No. When we custom print an order for you it is specifically printed for you and we cannot accept the return of the order if you change your mind after we have done all this work. We strongly suggest you receive a sample of the wallpaper first if you are unsure.
Question: Can I track my order?
Answer: Yes. When your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to get updates on when your order will be delivered to you.
Question: What is your policy on tariffs for shipments into the USA?
Answer: At the moment we are shipping where we cover these costs. This policy is subject to review should the tariff rates change in the USA.
Question: Do you allow delivery to an address other than my own?
Answer: Yes, you can select an alternative delivery address at the checkout.
Question: How do I know if my order has been received?
Answer: You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is placed.
Question: What happens if my wallpaper is out of stock?
Answer: We will email you advising you when it will be back in stock and of a revised delivery date. You will also have the option to reselect if this date is not acceptable. There are times when wallpaper goes out of stock and we then have to wait for the wallpaper to be printed. This can sometimes cause a delay, and you will then have the choice of whether to wait or not.
